These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://www.swarganga.org (the “Website”) operated by SwarGanga Music Foundation Incorporated (“SwarGanga,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age or older, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Website on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Purpose of the Website

The Website provides information, content, and resources related to Indian classical music, and functions similarly to an online reference or encyclopedia. Users may view content, create accounts, and contribute information such as artist photos and links to music hosted on other platforms (e.g., YouTube).

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Website, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You may be able to submit or upload content, including photos of artists, descriptions, and links to third-party content (collectively, “User Content”). We may modify or discontinue the Website (or any part of it) at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
